The school has a successful programme in collaboration with Raheny Shamrocks. The programme is open to all students who are interested in running for fitness or competitively. The school has competed successfully in cross country and track and field events.

A popular activity for all students. The school enters many teams for competitions and it is a sport that encourages participation by students of all abilities.

The school’s basketball programme has been highly successful at both Regional and National Level in both cup and league competitions.
A number of squad members currently play for the Irish team at U16, U17 and U18 level. The school itself represented Ireland in Poland in the Word Cadet Championships in 2006 finishing eight just behind China.

The Gaelic football teams have had great success at U14, U16 and Senior level. They compete in Dublin and Leinster competitions and in inter-school matches.

Hockey is popular with students from all year groups. The school participates in the Northside and Leinster Leagues.

Venue: All weather pitch and Clontarf Tennis Club.
The school facilitates students who play tennis outside of school in competing in school competitions. The school appreciates the co-operation of the coach and Clontarf Tennis club in assisting the students.
