LCPE Sport Ireland Campus – Pics

5th and 6th Year LCPE students had a fantastic day in Sport Ireland Indoor Arena.  The students warmed up in the gymnastics area. Then they engaged in a number of Physiological Fitness test to measure Strength, Power, Agility, Speed and CardioRespiratory Endurance. Each student will get a report on their results and comparative norms for their age.  The levels of engagement and motivation from the students was excellent.
