BT Young Scientists 2025

January 10, 2025

Congratulations to TY students Ana Walsh, Rachel Ardiff, and Rosie Cudden for being our Holy Faith Clontarf representatives at the BT Young Scientists 2025. They are presenting their project “2 litres of water everyday – ordinary or unnecessary” in the RDS main hall exhibition today, tomorrow Friday, and Saturday.

The students study concluded that all students should make sure to drink a litre of water in school, and another litre of water throughout the rest of the day. They measured physical performance, energy levels, general health, and ability to concentrate. All of which improved by having enough water. However 2 litres proved to be too much for students during school hours.

Students interested in science are recommended to go support the girls and visit the other stands, talks, and exhibition at the event. The HFC students are in row D number 1525.
