Healthy Home Chef Winner

Aoibheann O’Malley came 3rd in the All-Ireland Healthy Home Chef cooking competition, judged by Neven Maguire, in St Angela’s College in Sligo! She has won a €150 Dunnes voucher for herself and for her teacher, a full set of Dunnes Stores Neven Maguire equipment for the Home Ec Kitchen, and a day out cooking with Neven in the Dunnes Stores head office
There were 600 entrants and 15 finalists.
Aoibheann cooked turkey burgers with homemade yeast dough burger buns, garlic and herb dip, sweet potato wedges and salad with lemon dressing
