The Irish Youth Choir 14-17 years meet annually for a residential course in the summer from 22 -27 June 2025, under the guidance of Patrick Barrett and a team of tutors and vocal coaches. The week culminates in a number of performances by the choir, with other performance opportunities during the year.
In 2024 the choir performed at the St. Patrick’s Day festival stage in Dublin, also at Dublin International Chamber Music Festival and two sell-out concerts in the ICO studio Limerick and the Royal Irish Academy’s Whytes Hall Dublin. They will perform again at Christmas this year with the Irish Chamber Orchestra in three concerts over the festive season in Limerick and Dublin.
